Avocado Chocolate Pudding Recipe
You know those days where you want, no NEED something chocolatey? This Avocado Chocolate Pudding recipe is for when you’re having one those days. It’s simple and easily modifiable for if you need it to be sweeter or if you’re craving a more rich chocolate flavor. This recipe is by no means “lite” so be aware that it is calorically dense. If you’re needing a huge serving (cause hey, sometimes life is tough) I recommend minding some fresh berries into the pudding to help bulk it up. You can also try mixing in some puffed cereal to help give it so more volume too.
Costing about $1.35 a serving ($3.37 a batch), it’s a moderately affordable and healthy dessert.
Makes 2-3 servings
- 1 Banana
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
- 1/3 Cup Agave
- 1/3 Cup Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp Maca Powder
- A Pinch of Salt
- Add all ingredients to a Blender or food processor
- Blend/process until a smooth consistency is formed
*Add 1/2 cup of peanut butter to it to make it even richer and creamy (and to help better mask the avocado taste if you’re super sensitive to it).
