I am a sucker for lattes. I don’t typically like to drink my calories (soda and juice are not my jam) but when it comes to tea and coffee, I could drink it all day. My teas and coffees to drink are the instant packets from Four Sigmatic, which contain adaptogens that offer a variety of amazing health benefits. However, those teas and coffees aside, I have recently fallen in love with Turmeric Lattes. If you have already seen my recipe video and post on Golden Mylk on my Instagram feed than mad props to you for being a hardcore follower and supporter. I figured, since my love for Golden Mylk has been unwavering since my post, that I should dedicate a blog post to sharing the recipe with you as well.
Golden Mylk features a variety of spices that are known for their anti-inflammatory and immune boosting properties. A lot of people like to use Golden Mylk as a tasty way to send their colds away. I like to drink it all the time, but it’s definitely a go to of mine when I am sick too. Because it only has 5 ingredients, this recipe is not only moderately affordable but it’s super easy to make.
