Ingredients

eggs

milk of choice

beans of choice

shredded cheese

medium onion

bell pepper

garlic powder

tbsp
butter
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the onions and bell pepper into small bite-size pieces and throw them into a big skillet with some butter. Cook until soft.
In a bowl crack 7 eggs and add the milk, then whisk
Drain your beans and rinse them well (this helps remove lectins that can be hard to digest)
Throw the beans and eggs in the skillet, and then add the garlic powder
Mix and allow to sit for a few minutes and then mix again. Repeat until eggs are fully cooked and water is steamed away.
Add cheese, mix until melted, and serve.
