Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 can beans of choice
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the onions and bell pepper into small bite-size pieces and throw them into a big skillet with some butter. Cook until soft.
  • In a bowl crack 7 eggs and add the milk, then whisk
  • Drain your beans and rinse them well (this helps remove lectins that can be hard to digest)
  • Throw the beans and eggs in the skillet, and then add the garlic powder
  • Mix and allow to sit for a few minutes and then mix again. Repeat until eggs are fully cooked and water is steamed away.
  • Add cheese, mix until melted, and serve.
