Gluten-Free Cake Batter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats (gluten-free)
  • 2 cups milk of choice (I used unsweetened cashew milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 packet color kitchen foods pink food coloring optional
  • 1 tbsp color kitchen food sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, blend cashew butter, coconut butter, vanilla, maple syrup, and cashew milk until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour blended milk into a jar (2 jars if you going for 2 different colors like pictured)
  • If you're coloring one or both of your overnight oat mixtures, now is time to add the Color Kitchen food coloring packet and stir until well-combined.
  • Now add in the oats and stir until well-combined
  • Place lid on the jars and let sit for 2-hours or overnight
  • When ready to enjoy top with Color Kitchen sprinkles and Enjoy!
