Drain the liquid from the can of beets and the can of chickpeas
Add in all of the ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth
Transfer to airtight container and keep in fridge for up to 1 week

The liquid from the can of chickpeas is called Aquafaba! It has many cool uses so reserve if you feel like getting creative!Add a dash a lime juice for an extra boost of flavor!This hummus pairs well with tortilla chips and prepared fresh snacking vegetables.
