Adaptogenic Matcha Tea Latte

  • 2 cups milk of choice I used cashew milk
  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 2 tsp Agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Warm milk of choice either in a microwave or in a pot over the stove top
  • Transfer warmed milk and the rest of the ingredients to a blender
  • Blend on high until well-combined
  • Enjoy!
