Ingredients

  • 1 can canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup grass-fed collagen powder
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor
  • Blend/process until smooth
  • Transfer hummus into an air-tight container and let thicken in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  • Enjoy!
