Ingredients

cooked chickpeas

extra virgin olive oil

lemon, juiced
(or 2-4 tbsp)

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor
Blend/process until smooth
Mix in more salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge
