  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (or 2-4 tbsp)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor
  • Blend/process until smooth
  • Mix in more salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste
  • Store in an air-tight container in the fridge
