Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 30 oz frozen gluten-free tater tots
  • 16 oz bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • 1 can of condensed mushroom soup (make sure it's gluten-free)

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In frying pan, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until completely done. (make it vegetarian by skipping this step and using canned rinsed beans)
  • In large casserole dish, combine ground beef, half of the tater tots, 1 jar of cream of gluten-free mushroom soup, broccoli, can of corn (drained). Mix together.
  • Layer remaining half of tater tots top.
  • Bake for 50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve and enjoy!
