Equipment

  • Coffee Grinder
  • French Press (you life with be hard without it)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarse ground coffee (your best bet is to grin coffee beans yourself)
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon chips (or 2 tbsp ground cinnamon)

Instructions

Make the Cold Cinnamon Cacao Brew Coffee

  • In a coffee grinder, pulse together the coarse ground coffee, cacao nibs, and cinnamon chips/ground cinnamon
  • Once well combined, pour the mixture into large jar (preferably one that holds 4 cups of water or more)
  • Add in 4 cups of water and seal the jar
  • Let the water, coffee, cinnamon and cacao mixture sit on the counter for about 24 hours (shaking it when you remember)
  • Filter the coffee from the ground using a french press and enjoy!

Turn it into a Cinnamon Cacao Cold Brew Latte

  • Add 1 cup of the cold brew cacao cinnamon coffee with 2 tbsp vanilla coffee creamer and enjoy!
  • Alternatively, combine 1/2 cup of the cold coffee with 1/2 cup milk and sweeten to taste!
