In a large saucepan on medium heat, add the oil, onion, garlic, and peppers and cook until the onion is translucent
Add in the cubed chicken and cook until browned
Add in the white rice, crushed tomato, broth, shrimp, and cajun seasoning
Stir well, cover, and let simmer until the rice soaks up all of the liquid (around 20-30 minutes)
Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
