Preheat oven to 325F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine and mix Gluten Free or Almond Flour, Unsalted butter or Vegan Butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until the dough forms
Once you have a solid dough, add in chopped pecans -or almonds and walnuts- and any additional add ins you desire (mini chocolate chips and peppermint)
Scoop the dough into small balls (about 1 tbsp for each snowball) onto the parchement paper lined baking sheet
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bottom is light brown
Let the snowballs cool completely on a cooling rack, in the freezer or fridge
Once cooled, roll them in powdered sugar and enjoy or store for the future!
