Brussels Sprout Salad
A salad made with Brussels Sprouts and a lemon dressing

Ingredients
The Salad

lb
chopped Brussels sprouts
10
sliced bacon
1/2
cup
smoked gouda, shredded
1/2
cup
chopped pecans

tbsp
oil of choice
The Dressing
2
tbsp
lemon juice
2
tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1
tsp
dijon mustard
2
cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook bacon on both sides until crispy. Dab each slice with a paper towel to soak up the grease. Break apart bacon into small pieces. Set aside
Toast chopped pecans until browned. Set aside.
Add oil of choice and brussels sprouts into the skillet and cook until golden brown on the edges.
In a separate bowl combine the dressing ingredients until well mixed.
Add in the dressing, nuts, Gouda cheese and bacon to the cooked Brussels sprouts and mix until fully combined, then enjoy!
