Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup beet kraut I used Cleveland Kraut
  • 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor
  • Process until smooth (stopping to scrape down the sides as needed)
  • Once smooth, serve and enjoy!
