Ingredients
1/2
cup
beet kraut
I used Cleveland Kraut

can
chickpeas
rinsed and drained
1/4
cup
tahini

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor
Process until smooth (stopping to scrape down the sides as needed)
Once smooth, serve and enjoy!
