Adaptogenic Vanilla Rose Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rose tea
  • 1 cup milk of choice I used cashew milk
  • 1/8 tsp rhodiola rosea powder
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
  • 2 tsp Agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Warm milk of choice either in a microwave or in a pot over the stove top
  • Brew a cup of rose tea
  • Add warmed milk and brewed rose tea to the blender with the rest of the ingredients
  • Blend on high until well combined
  • Enjoy!
