Cold Brew Mint Iced Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ground coffee (coarse ground is best)
  • 4 cups water (preferably filtered - distilled is even better)
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves finely chopped

Instructions

  • Add water, finely chopped fresh mint leaves, and ground coffee to a quart sized jar
  • Place a lid on the jar of coffee and water and shake well
  • Let the coffee mixture sit on the counter for 12-24 hours (I find 24 hours is best if you can wait that long), being sure to shake it atleast once or twice before finished brewing.
  • Pour into a cup over ice and enjoy! I like to mix in cashew milk and a little bit of agave for a tasty iced latte
