Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredientsi n a medium bowl and mix until well-combined
On parchment lined baking sheet, place tablespoon sized balls of cookie dough on the sheet (pressing down to give them a cookie shape).
Bake for 9-10 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes
Store cookies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week

Feel free to cut the sugar usage in half. 1/4 a cup is a great option, especially if you plan on eating these for a snack.
