Ingredients

Instructions
In a large pan, saute chopped onion, celery, carrot, and apples for 3-5 minutes on medium/low
Bringing the heat up to medium, brown the turkey along with the vegetables, until the turkey is 50% pink and 50% cooked
Once the turkey is browned, add in rice, chicken broth, and cranberries and mix well
Cover the turkey, rice, and vegetable mixture and cook on medium for about 24 minutes
After 24 minutes, remove the lid and mix in the pecans (you could also add frozen green beans in here too if you want)
Cover the pan again and cook for another 4 minutes
Once done, enjoy!
