Berry Watermelon Honey Mint Fruit Salad

Ingredients
For the Salad

watermelon
1 + 1/2

fresh blueberries
1 + 1/2
cup
fresh strawberries
For the Dressing
1/8
cup
honey
(I used local raw honey)
1/4
cup
Lemon Juice
1
tbsp
finely chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions
The Salad
Cut the watermelon into small bite-sized pieces
Wash and halve/quarter the fresh strawberries
Wash the fresh blueberries
In a large bowl, combined the prepared fresh fruit for the salad
The Dressing
Add the dressing ingredients into a small bowl
Mix well using a fork or whisk until well-combined
Add the dressing into the prepared fruit and mix well
Enjoy!
