Berry Watermelon Honey Mint Fruit Salad

Ingredients

For the Salad

  • 1 Small watermelon
  • 1 + 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 + 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

For the Dressing

  • 1/8 cup honey (I used local raw honey)
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves

Instructions

The Salad

  • Cut the watermelon into small bite-sized pieces
  • Wash and halve/quarter the fresh strawberries
  • Wash the fresh blueberries
  • In a large bowl, combined the prepared fresh fruit for the salad

The Dressing

  • Add the dressing ingredients into a small bowl
  • Mix well using a fork or whisk until well-combined
  • Add the dressing into the prepared fruit and mix well
  • Enjoy!
