From the train crash that happened in upper Ohio to my Birthday, February has been eventful here at the Celiac Dietitian. So let me catch you up!

February Blog Posts

First, let’s make sure you’ve caught up with all of the blog posts I published in February. This month I published 4 blog posts in February:

  • ADHD and Celiac Disease – a blog post all about the connection between celiac and ADHD, how ADHD complicated celiac management, plus tips and tricks to manage it.
  • Celiac and Pancreatitis – a post all about the relationship between celiac and inflammation of the pancreas, plus tools to support overall health.
  • Gluten-Free Pasta Recipes – the best pasta to use for nutrition, flavor, or texture plus recipes to try!
  • Is Pad Thai Gluten-Free – When and why Pad Thai isn’t and is gluten-free. Including what to watch out for when ordering it at restaurants and how to make it at home!

Personal Stuff

Blog posts out of the way, here’s what I was up to this month:

  • Celebrated my Birthday with a gluten-free Birthday cake made by my friend! (If you’re in the Celiac Crash Course, I have a cooking demo that walks you through how to make a gluten-free cake free from cross-contact that you can share with loved ones).
  • Attempted to make waffles using tater tots in a waffle maker and it was actually super delicious
  • Painted A LOT! I’ve been playing around with adding texture to paintings by adding joint compound to my art.
  • Started planning a trip to Paris that I’m super excited about!!! Stay tuned for more details 🙂

Business Updates

I’m still offering courses and Q&As. In fact, in February, I launched a one-time-only SOS Celiac ADHD Bundle to support my fellow ADHDers with celiac.
