A couple of weeks ago I did a Gluten-free Stocking Stuffer post and this week I am building on that by offering a Gluten-Free Low-Fodmap Stocking Stuffers post. You might see some repeats from last week’s list – but hey, if it’s not broken, why fix it? What can I Say, some of these gluten-free low-fodmap stocking stuffers are just so good, they deserve another mention!
Have a friend or family member struggle with IBS, IBD, or digestive upset? Are they following a low-fodmap diet? Here are some gluten-free low-fodmap stocking stuffer ideas to give them.
Drizzilicious
Now I might be biased because I’m employed by Drizzilicious, but their snacks are truly amazing and bonus – they are gluten-free and low-fodmap. I was so hesitant about their snacks but they are indulgent and delicious. They are packed full of flavor with the perfect crunchy texture.
Not only are they an amazing snack, but they are amazing as a topping on pretty much anything (check out how I use them as a topping on this low-fodmap fudge bar).
Their single-serve bags are perfect to stuff into your gluten-free and low-fodmap loved one’s stocking.
Mini Wine Bottles
A stocking stuffer for 21+-year-olds only. Red, white, sparkling, sweet, and dry wine are all generally considered low-fodmap at 150ml a glass. Not to mention, most wine is gluten-free so mini wine bottles make GREAT gluten-free and low-fodmap stocking stuffers.
Garlic-Infused Oil
Now hear me out on this one, when you’re low-fodmap, you often have to avoid garlic (at least for the elimination stage of the diet) but you can still enjoy garlic-infused oil!
Give your gluten-free and low-fodmap loved one the gift of garlic again but putting a bottle of garlic-infused oil in their stocking!
Anything Enjoy Life
From their chocolate to their cookies, Enjoy Life products sport the low-fodmap claim. Not to mention they are free from the top 8 allergens and are gluten-free.
Honestly, just those facts alone make their foods an amazing option for a variety of different dietary restrictions.
Tea
Tea is always a cozy holiday gift that can be both gluten-free and low-fodmap. Low-fodmap teas include:
Socks
As a kid, I never truly appreciate the gift of socks as I should have. I think we can all relate to this. As an adult, somehow I can never have enough socks. There is something about them that just give off cozy vibes. Ankle socks, cute statement socks, no-show socks, knee-high socks, compression socks, give me them all.
Bonus: Socks are always gluten-free and low-fodmap ;P
Gift Cards
This goes without saying but gift cards can be amazing gluten-free low-fodmap gifts. Give the ma gift card to their favorite store so that they can treat themselves to whatever their heart desires.
Note: I think gift cards are especially appreciated by younger generations!
Reusable Sandwich Bags
High-quality reusable sandwich bags can be an awesome gluten-free low-fodmap stocking stuffer for those gluten-free loved ones who are trying to reduce their environmental footprint.
I personally love Stasher’s Reusable Bags because they are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe and more. They are super convenient and the ziplock opening is pretty much leak-proof (from my experience).
BONUS: you can shove other stocking stuffers into the reusable bags you buy. Maybe gift cards, socks, or chapsticks?
Chapstick
It’s the season of dry skin and lips. Maybe I’m just irresponsible or maybe it’s just because chapstick is just so hard to keep track of, but I am always in need of more chapstick.
Chapstick is one of the beauty products that you for sure want to make sure it’s gluten-free. My favorite gluten-free chapsticks are by Sun Bum. They not only hydrate the lips but the protect them from the sun. It’s a winning 2019 gluten-free stocking stuffer.
