Ingredients
1lbground beef
salt and pepper
30ozfrozen gluten-free tater tots
16ozbag frozen broccoli
1can of corn, drained
1can of condensed mushroom soup(make sure it's gluten-free)
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In frying pan, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until completely done. (make it vegetarian by skipping this step and using canned rinsed beans)
In large casserole dish, combine ground beef, half of the tater tots, 1 jar of cream of gluten-free mushroom soup, broccoli, can of corn (drained). Mix together.
Layer remaining half of tater tots top.
Bake for 50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
