Gluten-Free Cake Batter Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are basically the best thing ever invented. Try my Cake Batter Overnight Oats and you’ll know why I say that.

They only take about 5 minutes of prep and boom, you have breakfast ready for the week. You can’t beat that.

There are so many different flavor combinations you can incorporate into your overnight oats but one of my favorite flavors is cake batter overnight oats.

The child in me loves how colorful and fun this flavor is.

About Cake Batter Overnight Oats

So now that I hopefully have you sold on these birthday cake overnight oats, let’s talk ingredients.

The cashew butter and coconut butter add a creamy and buttery flavor while also providing the body with healthy fat. (Don’t have coconut butter? Sub extra cashew butter for it) The healthy fats from the coconut oil and cashew butter will help keep you full until your next meal.

The vanilla adds a vanilla cake-like flavor and if you choose to add the Color Kitchen sprinkles and food coloring, trust me, it will be just like the real thing!

These gluten-free cake batter overnight oats are a fun, delicious, and filling breakfast that you can grab and go with!
