Berry Watermelon Honey Mint Fruit Salad

For the Salad

  • 1 Small watermelon
  • 1 + 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 + 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

For the Dressing

  • 1/8 cup honey ((I used local raw honey))
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves

The Salad

  1. Cut the watermelon into small bite-sized pieces
  2. Wash and halve/quarter the fresh strawberries
  3. Wash the fresh blueberries
  4. In a large bowl, combined the prepared fresh fruit for the salad

The Dressing

  1. Add the dressing ingredients into a small bowl
  2. Mix well using a fork or whisk until well-combined
  3. Add the dressing into the prepared fruit and mix well
  4. Enjoy!
