Berry Watermelon Honey Mint Fruit Salad

Ingredients
For the Salad
- 1 Small watermelon
- 1 + 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 + 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
For the Dressing
- 1/8 cup honey (I used local raw honey)
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions
The Salad
- Cut the watermelon into small bite-sized pieces
- Wash and halve/quarter the fresh strawberries
- Wash the fresh blueberries
- In a large bowl, combined the prepared fresh fruit for the salad
The Dressing
- Add the dressing ingredients into a small bowl
- Mix well using a fork or whisk until well-combined
- Add the dressing into the prepared fruit and mix well
- Enjoy!
