Lemon Square Bliss Bite Recipe
It can be tough making healthy decisions when you’re always on the go and barely have time to eat a meal with any type of sustenance. While there is nothing square about these bites, this Lemon Square Bliss Bite Recipe captures the delicious flavors of a lemon square while making sure you stay full until the next break you find to eat!
Ingredients:
♦ 1 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour
♦ 1/4 cup cream cheese
♦ 1 tsp sour cream
♦ 2 tsp lemon juice + lemon zest (to taste)
♦ 2-4 tsp Truvia
Directions:
♦ Knead ingredients together until “dough” is formed
♦ Wrap “dough” in plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge (5-10 minutes)
♦ Remove dough from fridge and form it into balls
♦ Store in air-tight container in the fridge for a week
♦ Enjoy!
