  • 1/3 cup Collagen Peptides
  • 1 16oz can Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 8 oz Blackberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 inch Fresh Ginger Root or 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • 16 oz Hot Water

  • 1/3 cup Collagen Peptides
  • 1 16oz can Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 8 oz Blackberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 inch Fresh Ginger Root or 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • 16 oz Hot Water
Blackberry Ginger Gelatin Bite Recipe
Instructions
  1. Blend the coconut milk, blackberries, chia seeds, and lemon juice together.
  2. Add in hot water and vital proteins and blend quickly
  3. Quickly pour out mixture into silicon molds or into a large baking dish and let sit in fridge until firm (about 2 hours).
  4. After the gelatin bites have firmed up, remove from silicon molds (or cut into squares if you used a large baking dish) and place into an airtight container. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
