New to the adaptogen scene? Let me quickly catch you up to speed. Basically, adaptogens are plant chemicals that help the body more efficiently adapt to stressors.

That means that these Adaptogenic Lemon Matcha Bliss Bites will not only satisfy your hunger but they will also give you a much-needed boost to keep you powering through your day (like the boss that you are!).

  • Roll dough into balls
  • Place in airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to a week

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine all ingredientsi n a medium bowl and mix until well-combined
  • On parchment lined baking sheet, place tablespoon sized balls of cookie dough on the sheet (pressing down to give them a cookie shape).
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes
  • Store cookies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
  • Enjoy

Notes

Feel free to cut the sugar usage in half. 1/4 a cup is a great option, especially if you plan on eating these for a snack.

While there is nothing square about these bites, this Lemon Square Bliss Bite Recipe captures the delicious flavors of a lemon square while making sure you stay full until the next break you find to eat!

Ingredients:

♦ 1 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour
♦ 1/4 cup cream cheese
♦ 1 tsp sour cream
♦ 2 tsp lemon juice + lemon zest (to taste)
♦ 2-4 tsp Truvia

Directions:

♦ Knead ingredients together until “dough” is formed
♦ Wrap “dough” in plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge (5-10 minutes)
