Blackberry Chia Seed Jam Recipe

  • 2 cups frozen blackberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Agave
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  1. Add frozen blackberries and agave to a pot over medium heat
  2. Heat the blackberries until they start releasing juice and then bring them to a boil.
  3. While the blackberries are boiling, stir occasionally until the berries begin to break down
  4. Stir in chia seeds and vanilla and continue to cook the mixture for another 5 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and allow jam to cool
  6. Transfer jam to an airtight container and let it sit in the fridge overnight to finish thickening up.
  7. Enjoy!
